CARILLON SPECIFICATIONS:
The traveling carillon consists of 35 cast bronze bells.  The bells are mounted on a custom frame and trailer weighing 8,370 lbs..  Its dimensions are 8' wide x 9’11” tall x 21’ long.

TRUCK SPECIFICATIONS:
The carillon is transported by a White/GMC Motor Home truck.  The approximate weight of the truck is 29,000 lbs. (8’ wide x 12’6" tall x 37’ long).  For overnight events  I will need to have a camping site provided with access to electricity and water.

PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATIONS:
A stage is NOT required for a Cast In Bronze solo performance. For solo performances space is only required for the carillon and speakers at either end, approximately 40 feet  will be required.  Please see diagram. The carillon is an acoustic instrument and rather loud, therefore it cannot be turned down, nor can the music that accompanies the carillon, both have to be at the same volume for the show to have musical integrity.  For this reason, it is recommended that the carillon not be placed too close to other vendors or musical artists, furthermore that performances not overlap with other musical artists performances.

Welcome to Cast in Bronze

Imagine that you play a musical instrument so rare that no one knows it exists ! Imagine further that this instrument weighs several tons making it next to impossible to perform indoors.

To complicate matters, imagine that you have combined this unknown, very large instrument with other musical instruments thereby creating a completely new sound and musical style never before experienced.
